Terms of Service
Last updated: July 17, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the apweb.tech website (the "Site"), operated by AP Web LLC ("AP Web," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, interfere with its operation, or use it to send spam or malicious content, including through our contact form.
Services and free samples
Information on the Site describes our web design, hosting, and maintenance services in general terms. Free sample websites are provided at our discretion as a preview of potential work and do not create any obligation for either party to enter into a paid engagement. Specific services, pricing, timelines, and deliverables for any project are defined in a separate agreement or written communication between you and AP Web, and that agreement controls if it conflicts with anything on the Site.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics, and logos, are owned by AP Web LLC or used with permission, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Sample websites we create remain our property unless and until otherwise agreed in a project agreement.
Portfolio and example work
Images of example and client work shown on the Site are for demonstration purposes. Trademarks and business names belonging to clients or third parties are the property of their respective owners.
No warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that information on the Site is complete or current.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AP Web LLC and its members will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
Third-party links and services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services, including websites we have built for clients. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AP Web LLC from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
